Would you like to volunteer at Garfield?  

 

1.  Obtain your TB clearance from your doctor. This may be a TB test or the  Volunteer TB Risk Assessment 9.2017.pdf   

 

2.  Visit the CUSD hompage for the online application, or click here for the  application link.  Complete the online application, and our office will review it.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your application is approved. Be prepared to upload your current TB assessment form, your drivers license, and your verification of Covid vaccinations.

 

3.  Each time you volunteer, come to the main office with your picture ID (driver's license) to check in.  This check in will run through the Megan's Law database, completing your application.

 

Volunteers should dress appropriately for the classroom.  Please make child care arrangements for younger siblings as they may not come to the classroom during school.
